Hardwood Flooring Professional - Crew Leader

Job Description:

We are currently looking to hire two Crew Leaders; one of which will be responsible for running a crew based out of Elkhorn and the other will run a crew which will primarily work in the Milwaukee area.

The right candidate will need to have a minimum 2-3 years of previous experience as a Floor Sander, specifically with all aspects of floor sanding and installation, and they should also have training in edging, scraping, and finishing.

This position requires the ability to manage a two-man crew, and the Crew Leader must be a quick thinker, with the ability to handle problems independently, demonstrate responsibility, and possess a strong work ethic.

Pay contingent upon experience.
